Weight Loss Timeline

The purpose of this blog is to track and monitor my weight loss journey. I hope to inspire you and many others with my results. I will also go over what gave me the best and most efficient results, while what gave me the worst and least effective results. After I reach my goal weight, I plan on chronicle how my body changes as well.
